The Leadership
Co-Founder & Principal Consultant
Tier 3 was founded by technicians. Darren, Brandon, and Joe all came up through hands-on technical roles before moving into leadership — building and running large, complex teams for organizations going through growth and transition.
My background spans Windows infrastructure, Azure and Microsoft 365 administration, PowerShell automation, Docker containerization, compliance frameworks (HIPAA, PCI, CMMC), and strategic IT planning. I've managed environments from 10 users to enterprise scale — and I bring that depth to every engagement, regardless of company size.
Every Tier 3 client gets my direct involvement. Your infrastructure is too important to hand off to whoever's on shift. I learn your environment, your people, and your business — because context is what separates good IT support from great IT support.
